Is the rod and spring same as regular housing?

No, they are longer...............and not available any longer as a factory part. If your looking for one I would suggest getting a hold of a smith that is cutting them up into hand cannons. Bowen, Huntington, Linebaugh............May be a few more out there. Or, someone here or on Single Actions that had one done. Coogs.

10-1/2" barrel sbh uses the long ejectors, they show blued and stainless available.

Stretch a short one 1" longer or use a 4" spring and an 1" cut off of another 4" until they're in stock.

You wanting blue or stainless? Brownells has a blue housing, rod and the correct spring in stock.
