manhunt over

Got to love the media.

As I was pulling into the driveway the radio station reported that the Second escapee was shot and killed.

I walk in the house and my wife says "They caught the second convict, but He was shot and wounded".

I grew up in Broome County, I have friends that are Deputies in Broome County. Where Sweet shot, ran over and killed the Sheriffs Deputy. Glad they got him alive.

Now to find out who all help him.

Time for some marksmanship training. In lieu of that, a slow oxcart ride to the hospital.

Well, I don't have the details,,, but it seems the second guy was shot twice in the "center mass" area. In critical condition but alive. Sounds like the cop was using a less than stellar type of ammo or a big enough caliber to do enough damage to the BG! Might be a NY thing?

Hi,

Hard to say... reports we got out here said the autopsy report on the first BG revealed three head shots! Maybe the idea they still "need" the second guy holds some water?

Okay,... they spend millions hunting down this guy,,... then shoot him,... which means they spend another million saving him,... to put him away for the rest of his life,... spending gazillions. Is it just me or would it have been cheaper to spend another 50 cents for one more bullet and save a bunch of money?

They were using the .45 GAP but they might be moving away from it again, I don't know, that kind of things doesn't concern me much.
