Does anyone make a 10 shot magazine for the Ruger 44 magnum Deerfield rifle.

To my knowledge, no...and I doubt anyone ever will.
Between the design of the rifle itself and the .44-Mag being a rimmed cartridge, Me thinks that any sort of "drop in" high-cap mag is simply a no-go for that particular platform.

There used to be a guy in Australia, I think, that combined a Ruger magazine and a Desert Eagle 8-shot magazine. He had some vids on youtube but I can't find them now. If you took the guts out of the Ruger mag and used some epoxy putty you could probably make your own.
