Greetings,
I have an M77 Hawkeye Tactical in .308 and like it well enough. However, the trigger doesn't exactly live up to the advertising.
"UNIQUE, TWO STAGE, ADJUSTABLE TARGET TRIGGER with a short “take-up” stage, followed by a crisp, light
target pull with no creep or overtravel."
Take-up is good, it breaks okay, and is light. However, the 2nd stage is a little creepy and there is some overtravel as well.
How adjustable is this trigger? Is this something that I can play with or should I send it off to the gunsmith? Is there a model number or some other nomenclature that I can use to bring up some detailed information?
