My cousin is big into black powder and traded this Ruger 7MM magnum to me today for a TC Renegade 50 caliber muzzle loader. He bought this one in 1987 and kept all the brass from rounds fired, 49 to be exact. I'm not sure I need a 7 MM Magnum but thought why not. He got something he wanted anyways. I'll probably try and trade it for something a little more practical.

You made out on that trade and should get some good money for it if you don't want it for hunting or long range target shooting. I just refurbished my buddy's 7mm tang safety M77 from the 80's and that thing is a tack driver. We're going to try it out on a pig hunt this weekend. Should do well.

Jeez, looks brand new. If you sell it should get a nice price for it.
I bought a new Browning stainless stalker left hand in 7RM about 30 years ago. Still in my safe even though I thought about moving on from it on occasion. Just can't bring myself to actually do it.
Enjoy yours while you have it, you might end up holding onto it as I did.

FWIW:

Not my auction, just looks like it might be a good deal on dies & brass for somebody!
