Look Sharp, Be Sharp

For some reason, the Gillette March from the Gillette Cavalcade of Sports started running through my head this morning whilst shaving. Admittedly I do use a double edge razor with real shaving soap, but sheesh!
It's an earworm, and a sticky one at that.
If anyone's old enough to remember those shows, you know what I mean.
And if I set it off in your head, well, sorry...

It reminds me that in all of my 80 years I probably have never smoked more than a dozen cigarettes, and yet I knew about all of the cigarette commercials. Go figure.

I didn't play either of those, but there's little bits of such advertising themes rattling around in the back of my old head.
