I have a SP101 in 357 and did a minimal trigger job and Wolf spring kit after about 100 rounds. That and some dry firing made a huge difference. I just dry fired a LCR at the store and the trigger feels a bit janky compared to the 101. As it returns it seems to feel like it is all the way back out, but it is one click short. Are there springs, trigger mods, anything to improve the LCR action ?

I can't answer about the LCR trigger you tried but my LCR trigger is much smoother and lighter than my sp-101. Granted I still have the stock parts in my SP and it is a first year production. If all of my DA revolvers felt as good out of the box as my LCR I would never do a thing to them.

I have dry fired two LCRs. Both triggers felt better than my tweaked 101 trigger and way better than a SW 642 trigger, even with a spring kit installed in it. Was mainly wondering I guess if there are springs or tweaks that can be done to a LCR trigger. Right now a stock trigger is enough to make me buy one. Smoother would be nicer still.

My KLCR has a much heavier trigger than my past two 38+Ps.
After a few outings using .357 Magnum loads, I've just convinced myself to shoot
.38 +P ammo.
