LC9s slide lock question

Has anyone experienced their LC9s going into slide lock on loaded magazines? I have experienced this several times and have had another shooter experience the same behavior. Both American and Italian magazines have been involved along with 115 gr ball and 147 gr Speer HP ammo.

That problem almost always results from the lever being hit bu a finger during recoil. If you try shooting with your other hand, that will tell you if it is the gun or just a finger getting in the way.
