I recently purchased a Ruger LC9.
A friend said he believes they make a magazine for it that is slightly longer, with a rest for your pinky finger.
If you know of such a thing, could you point me to where I can purchase one, or at least the proper name for it so I can do more accurate searching.

Thanks

Might be a good place to start.

I also know there was something called a Pierce Grip Extension for my Glock 26 magazines, they were like pinky extenders but added +2 magazine capacity to any glock 9mm magazine you installed them on. They were simply a floorplate replacement.

I'm not aware of a long magazine that holds more than the 7rds, but every LC9 in the box has a pink extension which you can simple swap out on the base plate of the one magazine that is included. the pinky extension allows me to shoot the LC9 well. So if you bought a new LC9 there should of been a pinky extension in the box. If not go back to the dealer and get it, someone stiffed your purchase.

Good luck

Look in your box,the LC9 comes with pinky rest floor plate,
its installed or in your box. There are two with each gun.
One Magazine two floor plates, one flat, one pinky rest.
