Wow that's sad and revolting. Both of these people are at some degree of fault for this. Only one of them has a hole in his hand, but both of these men are at fault. It's *your* job to make sure your firearm is safe whenever you hand it to someone else. And it's also their job to make sure you did. And I don't care if it was really "the range's gun" and the man on the left was renting it. It's still their responsibility to be safe.
