There used to be a wildlife museum of sorts where big game hunters donated teir trophies and other mounted specimens. I think it got closed down about a year os so ago. I don't know if it was because they didn't make enough money to stay open or possibly some action by anti-hunters. I'm just glad I go to go see it a few times.
One exiit was a complete Irish Elk. I don't remember the details but I think theu used a moose to creat the body. All I can say is that thing was HUGE! They tried to make it as life size as possible. If they were still around, one would have to reinforce a wall with steel girders just to mount the head. One would also need to raise the ceiling by at least two feet. Did I say they were HUGE?
