If I pack light, I can go to my range shoot 50 rounds slowly and be home again in a half hour.

I am 15 minutes from my range. I love to shoot and I used to shoot nearly every week. I've not shot for months :(
Heading there tomorrow to get rid of the 'blues'. I know exactly how that feels.
Haven't been since before my wife's surgery. Now that she's moving and having friends over tomorrow I'm headed to the local indoor range. Handguns only. As usual I'll start with my current carry, 1911. Take one center fire revolver, thinking the Southpaw, and a .22 lr, probably the H&R 999. I'll put some through my constant companion, NAA .22 mag mini, as well.
That how I feel when I go into a gun store. I see something I want, and one part of me says, "Get it. You know you want it"

That's my problem as well. If I didd buy another gun where i hell would I put it? Three large safes bulging at the seams as it is. They're just the results of buying and not selling. Oh well. I'll enjoy them while I'm still around to do so.

I go a minimum of once a week, frequently twice a week. Sometimes just for an hour or so. Gives me an excuse to do some reloading instead of watching the boob tube at night. I tend to concentrate on one caliber for a spell, currently it’s .45 ACP. Probably switch over to .45 Colt next. I’ve also been dialing in my reloads for my newest Weatherby in 6.5 PRC.

I found I new range it’s 15 min away my go to range was 35 miles away so I shot at the new one first time last week . Saves me lots in gas and time

I don't know which feeling is worse, that feeling about not going, or when you do go, you can't hit the broad side of a barn.
I have a range too, but unfortunately do not shoot as much as I need to. Beats me why not.
NO... Because my range is right outside my back door.

That’s a tough one, I don’t have a good place anymore.
Every time I have to go to a store I have to pass by my club/range. I always have at least a 22 rifle in the truck and if I am not in a rush I will stop and shoot a box of ammo. I like to go and have "Theme" days. One day It will be just 38s, another only Ruger No.1s, maybe just revolvers, you get the idea.
I also have a 100 yd. range in the woods behind my barn if I really need a fix.
