Honestly didn't watch them. I was too busy. Working full time, going to school full time and working casual longshore on my "days off". But, I also bought a house in 1979. Oh, forgot we had one rugrat in late '79

I had a neighbor who got a horn that played Dixie and he put it on a Dodge Dart with a 225 Slant Six. He put a loud muffler on the damn thing and I would hear him rev the engine while giving rebel yells and blowing the horn.
Amazingly one night that horn went from playing Dixie to a sort of garbled grunting noise.... He got the idea and stopped the rebel yell and put a decent muffler on the thing after that.
