I have the Ruger LC and pistol, both have been great and have run flawlessly, each over 150 rounds. But you are correct about them flinging the brass! Luckily I have two six year old grandsons that love to shoot and find spent brass on the ground. Their incentive is the $ split when I sell it at recycle centers! Our last was 120 lbs @ $1.60 a pound!

I would buy a couple of lbs of 57 brass
