Just a little trick I found, for my HD and sometimes CC 4" stainless GP100 .357.
This gun was a security trade in with a lot of carry wear, and the rear sight was loose in the rear channel. It seemed like the gun had some other kind of sights on it, and they were sloppily removed and the stock sights replaced when it was traded in.
So, I decided it was a good candidate for a "working" gun and I added Meprolight night sights.
I also used a Dan Wesson rear sight roll pin to eliminate the "walk" that some of the solid pins have. The best thing I found was, also using a Dan Wesson rear sight elevation screw, locks the rear sight in place and allows for 0 movement. Unlike stock Ruger sights, which can be pushed down, this sight has no movement up or down, and just happened to tighten down fully at the elevation I needed for 158 gr. .357's............just a tip, your mileage may vary
The glow may dim in 2025 or so, in that case I'll worry about it then
