There was an article in last Sunday's paper (which I let get away from me) of a man who was at the dentist's office. He was given gas for a dental procedure, and his cell phone rang. He answered his concealed pistol instead and shot himself in the leg.

He was charged with carrying a firearm while under the influence.

I can't legally carry a gun into a Doctor/Dentists office.

Here in Illinois I have seen most physician offices posted with "No Guns" signs, but not at dentists' offices. But if I knew I were going to be anesthesized or even if I know I will have to undress and leave my clothing somewhere, I leave my concealed firearm in my car instead.
