No, No. Got it all backwards..... We have to practice Obama-omics .... Can't be buying new guns.... That's not fair! Those that have more than 10 (pick a number) guns have to 'redistribute' the remainder to those who have less than 10..... You know redistribute the guns to level the shooting field....
