No, No. Got it all backwards..... We have to practice Obama-omics .... Can't be buying new guns.... That's not fair! Those that have more than 10 (pick a number) guns have to 'redistribute' the remainder to those who have less than 10..... You know redistribute the guns to level the shooting field.... That way no one really feels good, the addiction certainly goes away, and we no longer buy any more revolvers.... :) . Addiction solved, an industry in ruins...
