He does not answer his phone or emails. The BBB is a good idea and when I ever get my revolver back I think I will have Earl write me a letter as to what he found. I guess small claims court would be the way to go.

I also filed a report to the BBB and they are investigating the other gunsmith.

In those cases the customer was offered a big discount on a similar gun. I believe your reluctance to return the gun to Ruger has caused a you a lot of problems. Being a Vaquero with 'new model' lockwork, unless there was a lot of custom work to the gun, they could have repaired that barrel and got it back to you in no time. 8) 8)
