How to adjust New Bearcat's trigger position?

I have a stainless New Bearcat. After firing a couple of cylinders, I discovered its left-of-center-line trigger position is significantly less comfortable for lefties like me. How can trigger's position be adjusted or centered? This adjustment need not be major surgery on frame. I don't want to trash the revolver to render it comfortable to shoot.

No point to keeping a revolver whose use is not intuitive. If I cannot identify such adjustment, I'll dispose of it.

It can't realistically be "adjusted".
You could pay an exhorbitant amount of money to have a custom made offset trigger built, but it'd still be unsatisfactory and you'd be better off to sell & buy something else.

I would say you need to do MORE shooting. ALL old style SA actions are like that and it does NOT matter for the rest of us southpaws and does have several advantages you've not thought of yet.

The easiest way is to get another bearcat trigger and cut off all of the top part that doesn't show in the trigger guard. Take what's left and solder or JB Weld it to the left side of the original tigger. You'll not only have a centered trigger but also a wide target trigger.


It must be inserted in the trigger slot sideways and twisted 90 degrees into place before the trigger guard is in place on the gun. Then the trigger screw is installed.

custom , quick draw gunsmiths have been modifying the hammers AND triggers as far back as I can remember...just gotta remember there is NOT a whole hell of a lot of room in or on a Bearcat to do anything, AND guys with FAT fingers or sausage digits cannot even get their trigger finger in the hole!!!! seen more accidents with guys discharging those ,even seen guys using gloves try and shoot a bearcat!!! wow................
