I've put a Vortex Viper red dot on my 4" GP100, using the rear sight replacement mount that has been for sale in the classifieds.
I was wondering if anyone has found a holster maker that is already making a holster that would fit this arrangement.
I know I could probably find a custom builder to do it.
I just wondered if anyone is already cataloging such a beast, and my google-fu has failed me on this one.
Thanks.
Don

I just cut a notch in the top of a Hunter x-draw holster for my GeeP with a red dot sight. Works fine.

That's what I figured I might need to resort to, at least to begin with.

Blade-Tech and Comp-Tac both make Kydex revolver holsters cut away in front far enough to clear both the mount and red dot sight. I have a Blade-Tec holster for my 4" GP-100 with Weigand's mini Weig-A-Tinny mount and a Tru-Glo red dot. The holster clears them perfectly.

Thanks, I'll take a look at those.

Yes the blade tech holster is a great option, I have one myself for my performance center with the venom sight, my gp100 with the viper sight I just did the notch trick to an uncle Mikes holster both work great , keep in mind that kydex is very rigid

Some of the Mernickle designs might give you enough room if you're looking for leather.
