I've seen one stainless steel Super Blackhawk suffer this failure. I wouldn't try it with epoxy, if not positioned correctly on the first try, removal and cleanup would be messy. I believe those studs are silver soldered/braised. I suspect a jig is a great help in properly locating that bushing.
I cannot find any mention of this repair in Kuhnhausen's Shop Manual.
I would first check with a local Smith. Only if the repair is too expensive would I try it "freehand" using a good shock resistant epoxy.
Hopefully someone who has direct experience with this repair will post a reply.
