G Gizmo42 Single-Sixer Joined Aug 15, 2008 Messages 284 Jan 6, 2011 #2 The recoil spring/rod slipped off its perch. Its happened to a few ppl here. Lock the slide open and you should be able to push the rod back down then get the slide off.
