Grabbed one for so cheap I couldn’t say no. But since dry firing it without the mag in can damage the striker and I have no idea what the previous owner did, I figure I might wanna replace it. Where can I get one? I see Galloway Precision sells a striker spring but not the striker. Might also replace the recoil guide rod and spring if anyone has a handle on where to get one of those.

I am sure Ruger will send you one for free if it does not function. You might look at the date of the manufacture. Some models I believe had a newer recoil design.

The gun arrived as in very clean. Two 17 round mags that look brand new as well. No 10 rounder, which is what I prefer for this gun. I don't like extended magazines in pistols. Looks almost un-shot Serial 336-91572. But I don't have to worry about striker damage if it was dryfired without a magazine was in the gun, because when I broke it down to check out the inside, I see the original owner already removed the magazine disconnect, so dryfiring wouldn't hurt the striker. Only problem is that I actually wanted the mag disconnect so now I'm off to find a replacement for that.
