help in value of Mark II

I am looking at a serial number starting with 216-***** that is a 6.5 inch Mark II target madel with a tapered barrel, It looks unfired and is in almost new condition. I can find no flaws in the blueing and not a single mark on it. even the mag well and take down lever in the rear of the grip are unscratched. It has no box or other papers with it, just a old holster that also seem to have never been used, The asking price is 250, it that a reasonable price? Your input will be most helpful and very appreciated. Thanks, Jim

$250 for a clean Mark II target is a steal. $350 -$400 is a normal price range.
