Most of us have hearing loss, it comes to all.
My mom and best friend have serious loss.
I look forward to the day it comes to me. I tell them it's a blessing.
Put me in a stadium full of people or in any place where there are many conversations and it causes me headaches.
I can hear bout any conversation within a 30+ foot radius. It is a sensory over load as I cain't tune them out.
Biggest reason I avoid crowds. I wear ear plugs in crowds to help but it still ain't enough. Imagine being in a restaurant and being able to hear folks ordering, private conversations and discussions about operations/health.
Very uncomfortable and wispers are even more clear.
Most of my time is spent outdoors without artificial noise. It's great outside with nature, folks talking prevents me from a lot of things.
For those of you that have hearing loss, Bless your heart and I can speak up to converse with you. At least you don't have to hear every body.
