Wondering if someone can help me figure out how i can modify my new model blackhawk so the hammer comes back easier and where i can get the modifications if possible?

Welcome to the Forum!
Well, the first thing would be to have a good gunsmith smooth up the action by doing an action job. That means they smooth up the internal mating/working surfaces to allow less friction.
Many people like to install "lighter" springs, but be forewarned, too light can result in light strikes by the firing pin, resulting in misfires. I personally prefer the stock hammer springs with a slicked up action.
Look into gunsmiths who do a lot of work on SA's for the SASS crowd.

Yea What Contender said.
I use 15# hammer spring in my stock Rugers and 19# springs in my Ruger Old Armys for SASS shooting no problem. These are with Winchester primers. Federal are the softest and CCI being the hardest.
