Gunbroker connection problems?

Hope this is ok to post here, as it's the category I most frequently participate in. If not, I will retract.
Anyone else having trouble logging in? GB shows my account active but will not log in normally to either a) view watched listings (which is shows I have a bunch of but can't list) or b) bid....and cues for FAQ ("can't log in") then "contact customer service" puts you in a circular loop--no email connection. Logging in just keeps kicking it back as if I used wrong log in info (but the status function in the tool bar shows me as logged in as does the user's account page). I can do normal search. Hopefully an official GB'er will see this and chime in or rectify if others are having the same problem, 'cause I sure can't get ahold of them!

UPDATE EDIT> After eleventh try (logging in, out, in, etc., and going to the old version several times - Version 2?) finally works. Oddly Version 4 now shows I'm now only watching one item. Version 2 shows the whole bundle. Go figure. Thanks for the response(s) in advance...and if someone from GB sees--what's your take, if only by PM?

I've been unable to log in to "Version 2" for a couple days; just takes me back to log in screen without logging in. Version 4 works fine.

I have the same going on. Getting on with version 4, then under Summary clicking on Watching get me to version 2 and then runs normal.

++1 Version 2's for me.

I usually have a problem viewing my watch list at least once per day on Version 2. Most of the time it works, but at least once per day it gets stuck in a loop and the page will never load. Everything else seems to work well, but its impossible to view or add items to the watch list. After an hour or so, the problem disappears for a time.

I have not had that problem, or any problem, with version 4, but I can't stand version 4, so I will continue to use version 2 unless and until it is no longer available.

I usually don't use Version 4, but have had zero problems with GB in general until the other day/subject of this thread.

I've had trouble once in a while with them finding completed auctions, but that's all.

How do you tell which version of GB is loading? At the top of screen its gives me the option to use version two but is there a way to check and see?
