Does anyone make wood grips that are close to the grips on the old Security Sixes for a GP-100?

Someone correct me if I am wrong... but I believe the earlier Super Redhawks had some decent looking wood grips. Not quite like the Six series grips but similar. I think they look something like the ones on this GP100...

The problem with making the grips for a gp look like the ones for the older six series revolvers is they have entirely different frames. The gp's use a grip stud that the grips slide on to as opposed to a full profile frame which was used on the older guns. I have made a few sets of wood grips for the gp's and sp's like that but I wasn't entirely happy with the results. Steve

There are many manufactures that make wood grips for the GP. I doubt any are like the Security Six grips because of the different gripframe.
ray1970, I have never seen wood grips like the one's above in the picture before. Were they factory Ruger?

I think the pictured grips were made by Lett for Ruger. I recall on their website under accessories some time back or in one of their catalogs they could be ordered and I think were rosewood. From time to time they turn up on Ebay and elsewhere.
Somewhat similar may be the Herrett's grips certain models and perhaps one of Eagle's offerings. The pictured grips were supposed to duplicate the profile of the factory original rubber grip offering (one with wood inserts). A search of the Ruger Forums may turn up more info as I recall people posting about them.
Regarding the grips like the Sec. 6 over time I think there were 2 styles: smaller "service type" and "target" which I had on my Sec. 6's. Here again I would look at:
