Hi,

I just saw an article that Florence Henderson, perhaps best known as Carol Brady, the mom on TV's The Brady Bunch, passed away some time today. She was 82. She always seemed to play wonderful, upbeat characters, and from what little I know of her personal life, she was that way in real life, too.

RIP, Ms Henderson, and thank you for all the good times we had watching you.

See how you are!! I was hoping you were going to say Sarah Brady of handgun control infamy had passed.

Florence Henderson...Maybe not always taken seriously, 'cause she always played such squeaky clean parts. And she had Wessonality.

But she was always expected to be there, a pillar in the performing community. Newer performers would not dare try to play such parts, because there's no way the newer performers could fill such shoes.

This is sad news.

May Mrs . Brady Rest in Peace.

And thank you.

WAYNO.

thats easy...back then, men worked hard, provided for their families and showed their love and appreciation by adorning their wives.
and when in public, they got to flaunt it as way of showing the world their husbands loved them.
whole different world today.

I saw her in some walk-on parts on other shows, where she poked fun at her squeaky clean character on the Brady Bunch. she had a great sense of humor. RIP Mrs. Brady.

Never saw her in anything that I can recollect, but I've heard her name many times over the years. By all accounts a gracious and kind lady.

RIP Miss Henderson...
