Well, it's happened again. I have to remove all non-OEM accessories before I send this rifle back to Ruger.
This is a gen2 RAR in 300 aac. While replacing the anarchy outdoors bolt handle with the stock handle, the tool slipped off and my headache began..

How can I get this back to where it needs to be?
Thanks in advance

You-Tube is your friend. I found several videos on complete bolt disassembly and how to realign everything when messed up. Be prepared to see some badly produced videos with good info on takedown and assembly. Mine was for the American Ranch 1st gen. but the bolts look the same.

The GEN 2 behaved a little different in regards to this tool. I had anarchy replace this tool but it loos exactly the same. I have watched all these videos but they are for the gen1 and cannot verify that there is a difference but there was yet another video that said the GEN2 is made from a different , harder blank. The bolt is slightly different....

I got my rifle back from RUGER yesterday. I sent the bolt as is while the dealt with a feeding issue. Is the firing pin mechanism under a certain amount of tension the user can SCREW in? I had to remove the OEM bolt and the anarchy bolt tool went in easy. They lust have ZEROED the firing pin mechanism??
