Well, we certainly know that #6 should use "fewer" rather than "less". #10 is far from true...those who are students of history may well cleave to traditional values if those values have been proven to encourage a healthy society. And many are far from socially awkward. I was attending functions with the mayor and some prominent movers and shakers in Jacksonville, Florida when I was in my early teens. Being capable of holding forth on a variety of subjects means some folks who qualify for membership in the Triple Nine Society are quite comfortable in large groups of strangers.

I'd say this list is painting with a broad brush, with more than a few drips and runs.

I reckon I fell sort of short on that list. But I'm happy and contented with what life has given me in general. I do have enough intelligence to have lived a well rounded, happy and very full life. To be short of intelligence, I've done pretty well.

I have never prayed for an uneventful life. I prayed for the strength and courage to meet my trials.

17. Intelligent people tend to be very attractive physically.
I agree...

guess I'm not on that list. at least I fail on the first one... I go to bed early and get up early... at least for me... usually by 10 and often around 9:00 and get up between 5&6... anybody that says in bed after 7:00 is wasting the best part of the day (just my opinion)
I'm an early up/early down person, too. At my age (73) there is nothing I want to do, or should be doing, that occurs after dark. Further, I don't want to waste a minute of sunshine. So I'm up at 3:15 am, go to the gym at 4:30, walk my doggie at 7:00, then come home and do whatever I wish until 4 PM. Then I eat dinner (salad), shower, and chill out until 8 pm. Then its rack time so I can get up at 3:15 am and do it all again. YMMV.

Besides, the gun range's old-people-and-military-veteran discounts are in the morning, and I hate waiting all afternoon for an indoor rifle range (100 yards) to open up.

I do some of my training runs early because it gets them done before I go to work, But for a retired person to force themselves out of a nice
warm comfortable bed at 3:15 AM is just not right! You have noticed it's still dark out? Get up, pee and go back to sleep till a civilized hour.

During the time in the service and govt and then working in major cities most of my life I was always up early (4:00). When I retired, that was the first thing I let go! it took a while for the body to get used to not getting up that early, I'd say at least a year! Now, I consider 6:00 as early and that is good enough for me.

Einsteen wasn't smart. Have you ever read his praise for socialism?
Einstein was smart, but on a different plane then most of us. He often wore two different socks or shoes because he just did not care about those things. He was talking about a "socialism" that does not exist but is a concept that in a pure sense could be good. Just like true "Communism" does not exist. They have both been perverted and changed by those who want to be in charge, like many other things.

The problem socialism had as a theory and more so in attempted practice, was that it failed to take into consideration basic human nature.
yes, both Socialism & Communism were pipe dreams that did not consider the human factor and just how 'evil" it could actually be. Think of Stalin, who killed more Russians then the Germans did!🧐

I have the most fascinating conversations...with myself. I guess it is because of the great memories I have.
