Finally! Two PERFECT Factory Cylinders From Ruger!

I had the pleasure to work over a stainless Lipsey's Limited Edition 10mm/40S&W Blackhawk Convertible revolver, and to the astonishment of all who witnessed this, each throat in both cylinders measured a PERFECT .4025" with Meyer pin gages! This, would be a FIRST for me, in close to 2,000 cylinders done now, the majority of those belonging to Ruger single action revolvers. I just felt compelled to report this rare sighting, it isn't everyday you see one this proper from the factory!

Obviously that one slipped past QC. Return it to the factory so they can install two out-of-spec cylinders. Oh wait, Ruger doesn't do QC!

Well, I just got around to checking my cylinders too. My .402 slid in the cylinders, while my .403 would not. I'd say I too have a "perfect" set.

Excellent! Where did you get those .357 cylinders at?
