Anyone know the serial # range on the factory polished Blackhawks in 357 and 45. I think I just picked up the 357 to match my 45 that I already had but want to be sure. Both are shooters though and no box for either.

Sorry Ale-8(1) yes new models I just got the 357 the other day in a package deal I bought it and a 7 1/2" Redhawk blue 44mag for $370 each out the door.

Yes stainless polished I have had the 45 for a while and just stumbled on the 357 recently now I need to find me a single-six. Not a real good pic but here is the 45.

From the reference:

GKBN-34 and GKBN-36. Known s/n range 37-45788 to 37-46072 (GKBN-34) and 37-30362 (or 37-30622) to 37-45761 (GKBN-36). Probably not more than 200 GKBN-34's and 500 GKBN-36's produced. Very Rare.

GKBN-44 and GKBN-45. Known s/n range 47-59303 to 47-79470 (GKBN-44) and 47-59159 to 47-78685 (GKBN-45). There are probably less than 200 of the model GKBN-44 and about 300 of the GKBN-45. Both are rare.

I still wish I had know the high gloss would be so rare when I ordered mine several years ago. The clerk asked if I wanted the high gloss or satin when I ordered my 357. I asked what the price difference was and there was none. I did not have an excess of funds so I only ordered one. Have been looking for a mate to my GKBN-36 for a long time, with no luck. I still have the grey plastic box and the outer cardboard shipper for it though.
