What was the first year that High Powers had the ‘Browning’ name on them? Thks

1935 if you consider BAP (Browning Automatic Pistol)......but brought to USA marketing by Browning in 1954.....

I had seen on Brownings website that They were introduced to US market in 1954. These had internal extractor and ‘Thumbprint’. Jus didnt for sure know if they were marked Browning. Thks

I was fortunate enough to buy a NIB Mk. III in Jan 2016, prob the last one in Sparks/Reno, NV. It had been sitting on the shelf in a back room for a whole year, as it had been mfg. in Oct. 2014.
Then in 2022, I was lucky enough to run across a used 1977 'C' model. Both are great!
