OK, here's my idea. If you like it, echo to the CEO and help make it happen.
A "Westernized" SP101
Recently I bought a 2" SP101 .357 and it's a great pocket gun, I love it.
I've also been wanting a modern pocket sized version of the old Colt Lightning. Why not start with the SP101, give it a birdshead grip and "westernize" the topstrap, barrel, and ejector?
In the 70's Hi Standard made the Double Nine which was a double action that looked like a western Colt single action. A similar design could be done to the SP101.

Lots of cross-marketing appeal here for CCW, cowboy, and Ruger lovers alike.
I believe Ruger would make a boatload of money on this.

Certainly a unique idea but knowing the direction Ruger intends on heading and the markets they're taking close looks at, I wouldn't hold your breath.
Now, If this was a hot commodity, those old Double Nine's would be in bigger demand.

I hate the fake single action High standard you linked. but to each his own and you wouldn't be able to use for cowboy action.

Interesting. What comes to my mind are the now discontinued Uncle Mike's boot grips for the SP101 which give the little revolver a sort-of "birdshead" look and feel. They address the one shortcoming of the excellent factory grips by rounding and narrowing the butt of the pistol without adding a lot of extra length. Similar grips are, I believe, available in hardwood from other manufacturers, though I haven't sought them out. I'm not sure I would buy one since I'm a bit SP heavy but rather like the idea.
