As long as it's not my name on the evidence tag I don't see a problem.

As a hilarious novelty, range toy and advertising for the gunmaker, it works. But no, I sure wouldn't want to use it for self-defense, any more than I'd want to use one of the zombie-themed guns out there. :lol: :lol: :lol:
