That is some really nice machining and an excellent photo essay. Not all the stuff is to my taste, but it is beautifully done .... my taste in 1911's is more to the spartan bare bones look. You did a great job melting it and matching the finish of the new parts.

Chuck it looks about like all your other builds...great!I have a short list of people who I would have build me a 1911 if I had the money.It starts with Rogers Precision and ends at Heirloom Precision.
