Well, semi-custom I guess. I started with your basic 6 1/2" Single-Six. Upgrades include:

- Bisley hammer added
- Throats corrected to 0.3125"
- Forcing cone recut to 11 degrees
- Barrel was free-bored slightly
- #5 basepin added
- Bowen target rear sight
- Metalife hard-chrome finish
- Claro walnut grips by Cary Chapman

My initial load was 3.0 of Green Dot under a 115 grain Meister. Really nice to shoot and seems plenty accurate.

I haven't shot 32 H&R in a while and forgot how much fun they can be.

Mahovsky's did the hard-chroming. Here's their website:

He's done a bunch of guns for me and their work is top notch.

I have not had Metalife done but if Lee says it works, I wuld have no worries send them a gun to do. I have had Robar do a Np3 job on a Bowen custom and I can highly recommend them as well.

Thanks guys. I've spent most of 2011 shooting 500 S&Ws, 475 & 500 Linebaughs, 445 SuperMags, a 450 Marlin BFR, etc, etc. This 32 was well received by my wrist.

Really nice Lee! I'm with you that a gun should look as good as it shoots, and this one sure fits the bill.

Lee, that is one fine looking sixgun. If I remember correctly you use Green Dot powder. I'm using 3 grs of WST with a 100 gr SWC, great little tin can roller!

Dick...yep, I'm a big fan of Green Dot. So far those 115 Meisters have seen 3.0 of Green Dot and 10.0 of H110 (or will on the latter. They're loaded...just haven't made it back to the range).

Yes, Mahovsky will do long-guns too. Great guy to deal with, so I can't recommend them enough.
