In my vast culinary experience, I'd say no. My doctor scolds me every time about my vast experience. But Hot Dogs are best with kraut and mustard. No on the pizza question. Hawaiians and Ninja Turtles can also have pizza with pineapple.
I know Clint when he was Dirty Harry said you never put ketchup on a hot dog but I like it on the ones I fix myself. But actually usually if I get one made right at a place with onions and chili then mustard and either krout or cold slaw does the trick.... my credit score has been in the ditch for years and so I don't worry about who analyzes how I eat...
And yes, what kind of wuss puts a pineapple on a pizza!

Ketchup on hot dogs is a must, but then I add mustard too, unless it is a Chicago dog. Pineapple on pizza is my wife's favorite, so yes, it is kind of girly, but I eat it as well. As far as my credit score, I think you must be referring to the manliness score and how much credit you get for these two items. I have to say mine isn't likely to be too high there....... 
Where do I drop my man card? I love pineapple and ham pizza. (honestly I just love pizza in any form) Now a GOOD hot dog only requires a bun.

Try to find a jar of pickled asparagus.
1 pickled asparagus spear on a hotdog with onions is perfection.
I prefer them steamed.
In Ri you are supposed to order your hotdogs "all the way" or "with". Both translate to loaded. They were nasty.
No fruit on pizza except tomatoes please.

I love Hawaiian style pizza and ketchup on hotdogs.
Also ketchup on eggs! Can’t eat eggs without ketchup in fact.

Eggs- a little tobasco if just fried or scrambled, or ketchup if in a fried egg sandwich

Hello I'm Gollwoods and I eat pizza with pineapple.
It started at a pizza buffet when I took a piece of ham olive and pineapple pizza.
I loved it and have been hooked ever since.
My friends have had interventions for me.
But my shame made me go crazy and now I've stepped up....to feta cheese. It's too late to sCe myself. May this be a lesson to those who are pineapple curious... Protect the children

Mustard and onions...anything else is an abomination. And the bun has to be soft....
I prefer MUSTARD on hot dogs..... (red onions too)....absolutely no catsup/ketchup except maybe on a burger &/or fries.
I will eat ANY KIND of pizza, BUT if it does have pineapple on it, I will eat it in the bathroom with the door locked and NEVER admit to it.

I might or might not put ketchup on a hotdog depending on my mood & what is available. Heck I might put mayonnaise, mustard & ketchup on one, or just mustard, whatever I feel like. I'm not a big fan of pineapple on pizza. Whether or not I eat it just depends on how hungry I am & what is available.
FWIW, I know asparagus is supposed to be a super food & a lot of people love it. I have never really cared for it. The cool thing is we each get to choose what we like.

This is the way to have a hotdog. Sauce, onions and mustard. It works on cheeseburgers too. The resulting wind is spectacular with great hangtime. A good blast will drift for several aisles in a store. Gravy on the fries is also a winner.
BAJA hotdog's are the bomb.
Steamed, soft, moist bun.
Grilled dog wrapped in tocino, (bacon)
Pico de Gallo, onions, mustard, & crema.
All from a cart on wheels that comes out
when the sun has set over the mountains to the west.
Couple shots of Cazadores with a Pacifico just adds to the flavor

Well, food preferences can be just like any other subject.
Variety is the true spice of life! And it's not just in food, it's everything!
People who limit themselves to specific things often live a life un-fulfilled and never even know it. I've known many people who say; "I'll never eat XYZ,,,,"!
Yet,, if you can get them to actually try something,, they discover they may very well enjoy it.
Or,, they may say; "I never need a gun in *** caliber!" Maybe they say; "I'll never date a redhead!" One of my favorites; "I'm a Ford man & nothing else!"
If everything was supposed to be only ONE specific way,, life would be so dull. But let's get back to foods.
I've not shied away from ANY food since I was a young teenager. I've tried stuff,, JUST to see what it was like. And as such,, I've got an appreciation for all types of foods & flavors. I go to a new restaurant,, and I search the menu for something I may have never seen or had. I'll order that if the description appeals to me that day. I seek out restaurants that offer different foods that are not normally found in most places.
I'll proudly say I enjoy pineapple on a pizza. I'll admit to having either catsup or mustard on a hotdog. And I've been known to add all sorts of stuff to hotdogs or pizza. Heck,, there's a place that offers a BBQ-ed chicken pizza thats excellent.
I'm not saying I don't have preferences in foods. But in general,, if it's served,, I'll eat it,, and be GLAD I have something to eat. Many people starve or have very little to eat. I appreciate the fact I can have so many choices!

Anyone putting ketchup on their Hot Dog will have to sit at the children's table at my next cook out.

I prefer my hot dog to have BBQ sauce, then topped with cheese with chopped onion and bell pepper sort of melted in.

I don't put ketchup on anything. Fries, burgers, hotdogs, baloney sammiches: No ketchup ever unless someone makes me food with ketchup, then I don't say anything to be polite.
Filipinos use banana ketchup to make spaghetti. It's an acquired taste
Try this sometime BLT Dog or Brat.
Hollow out one side of a Hoagie bun so the brat or dog will stay put then warm in a microwave. Then add bacon, lettace, tomato, and slather on some honey mustard or mustard. Pretty good

One of the things I said to my kids (and now my grandkids) is "Every one of your favorite things was once a complete surprise to you". You never know what you're going to like until you try it.
That being said, I still haven't gotten the guts to try something my mother-in-law tried to push on me: peanut butter and banana sandwich with mayonnaise.
Banana and mayonnaise sandwiches are a southern thing. Don't knock it till you've tried it
