Couple of brass frame Old Army's with letters. Need value$

Trying to determine value of this pair of Old Army's with brass grip frames & letters. Need help deciding fair value in case I list on the Forum

This one has box, & original sales receipt, nipple wrench, a parts diagram. Some finish loss on front of cylinder. Mint bore. And otherwise nice finish, no handling marks on grips

This one has no box , but is mint. 99.9 percent, couple tiny of handling scuffs on grips, awesome finish, perfect bore. Could be unfired?
