Well, for those that may be interested, here are the results of my Single Six Letters Requests. Enjoy. By the way, guessing the RSS9X is a 9 1/2" Barrel... what happened to the missing 3" or so?!?!

Yep,, the RSS9X would have been shipped as a 9-1/2" barreled gun. If yours is missing 3" of barrel, it's either been swapped or chopped. Not uncommon.

Well, I looked the RSS9X over, and it was cut down to 5 1/2". It was done well. The only difference I can see is that the bore was not chamfered, as compared to another. The outside was, but not the bore. Again, it was well done. -4", a bummer. But, the search can go on, ha, ha. Maybe the correct barrel and a swap... not likely, but who knows.

The fun is in the HUNT…
This gun is entirely being built from parts, and it started with the 9.5" barrel that I acquired here in the Classifieds, and it's a hodge podge of all sorts of stuff.
I'm close, real close to being done with it.

So,,,, the search now includes a period correct, 9-1/2" barrel to return the gun to "as shipped!" :D

Yes, I think so!
