Got a email from Rural King of Ruger Compact Security 9, and I went to Ruger's website and it's not even on there yet.

I believe the American Compact appeared as the SR9c faded.

The American compact was out for quiet a while before the SR9c was discontinued. In January someone on here talked with a Ruger rep and they said the SR9c was being revamped.

It appears this could be the revamp. Unfortunately neither this handgun nor the American Compact is really as compact as the SR9c
