Just wondering if I can shoot CB caps in my Single Six .22LR cylinder without hurting anything.

Won't hurt a thing. It might take a bit more cleaning if you shoot a lot of them. Kinda like shooting a lot of 38 spl in a 357 mag cylinder. Just needs a bit more cleaning.

I've shot BB and CB caps in my Uberti Stallion and my Single Six. Made a little more noise than I remember from days of yore, and seem to be a bit more potent. A CCI CB cap fired into a 1x4 piece of pine penetrated clean through.

As I recall, a BB cap would not penetrate but only embedded the bullet in the wood.

CB caps in my bolt action is only a click sound. In my LCR-22, it's pretty loud! But they work fine in the revolver...

I have fired and chronographed the CCI CB Long, and in a 4" revolver I get 450 fps. In a 24 " rifle, they went 730 fps.

These are not the same as CB Caps, which I would think would not be as robust as even the CB Long. 8)
