I traded a Ruger Forum member a nice .41 mag for this 45 Colt. I had a steel ejector cover and a Belt Mt basepin in my kit. I own a 7 1/2 " Bisley and have shot several deer with it, but this is the coolest and well balanced fit to my hand of any revolvers I have handled. Coupled with full power ammo capability, this is sweet. I ordered a Mernickle holster for it.

...nice gun, and to me, how they should be,,,one thing I would like is for the white/ivory grips to be of something like 'hollywood' would hold up much better, seen a few those 'factory' polymer grips, cracked ( chipped) with use........;)

This is mine … these grips are actually made by Eagle out of Illinois. I have replaced them with elk antler grips since I took this photo. I plan to have the corrosion repaired and get it refinished when/if Tyler Gun Works starts accepting new business again. I also have an OM .45ACP cylinder to be fitted to it. I picked this up at a bargain basement price at a gun show last year. It is already the most accurate of my .45s. The Bisely grip is so much superior to the plow handle for my medium sized hands.
