I'm almost 83 and have been retired for almost 13 years. When I retired I donated several pair of "dress pants" as well as Dockers type pants to Goodwill, keeping only a very few for when it seemed appropriate. I wear jeans every day, almost all Wranglers with the slightly elastic waist band (I don't what style they are called) or shorts in the really hot weather, and just now realized that those few dress pants and Dockers that I have kept have probably not moved an inch in the last 13 years. I even wore jeans with a sport jacket to my son's informal second wedding.
Most of the time I wear a t-shirt with the jeans, tucked in, and carry my LC9s or my Glock 26 in my right front pocket. Jeans allow me to do this without it being obvious that I am carrying. If I wear a button shirt outside of my jeans or shorts, then I wear an OTW holster.
I used to wear Levi's but the politics of that company are too abhorent to me so I will not wear that brand. I have about 7 pair of jeans in my closet. I wear a pair for typically a few days and then rotate to the next one in line on the hanger. If I am not doing yard work or if the weather is such that I am not sweating like crazy, I might end up wearing the same pair of jeans for a week before throwing them into the hamper.
