Does anyone have one of these for sale or trade? Are they no longer made?

PM me if you have one please.

Thank you.

One day I hope to scratch it all up like this one. It resides at the base of the Gila Mountains.

My Son bought them for our birthdays a few years back and then we changed them up a little,
Half way thru the changes. Recently found ACP Cylinders for them, ACP is the way to go IMO, they eject much easier.

Heck, I'll answer ya question...

No they're no longer produced but to pop up occasionally. Place a WTB here in the classifieds and keep an eye open on GunBroker.
Of course another route is to buy a non-birdshead model and simply have a birds head grip frame fitted to it.

Very nice, Gentlemen. I had no idea they could be converted. I don't even know if they will fit me. Just curious and figure a birdshead will be an interesting contrast to my Smiths.

I know very little about SA's or Rugers for that matter.

Never even fired a .45LC - IO imagine it would be quite a ride out of that little gun.

I hope to run across one soon.

BH73, how did you hold up in the storm?

Regards,
TJ

Lately, there have been batches of .32 H&R Mag Single Six Vaquero birdheads made up. They are very fun. The John Wayne models have a premium price, because..

Definitely try one out before buying. Like Bisleys, the grip's an acquired taste and not for everyone. I still prefer the plowhandle, but the birdshead single six .32s I've got have grown on me. I have to admit, in that application, they seem a perfect combination.

Naaa, With the short barrel there is alot of flame and not what you think in recoil. They are a whoot.

255gr Extreme 24gr H110
255gr Extreme 10.5gr Power Pistol

Both shoot POA in mine.

Corbon make a 1200 fps/ Barnes and these things really throw the fire.

Not bad at all. Lost a couple small trees inthe woods and only without electricity for a day. Generator put to use. :)

Sdoyl123, that's a fine collection. Post that pic bigger so we can admire them up close!

Had a couple offers through PM and some great advice from one member but have not heard back from the sellers.

Anyone else out there ready to part with one please PM.

Thank you.

TX Lt, if you're out there please check your inbox.

Doyl, did you build the .22 or can you buy em that way. The first three ppear unfired.

Might as well turn this into a picture thread.

Hopefully I'll be able to add an image soon.

You guys are really pulling me in a new direction.

Gotta focus now..."Smith & Wesson, Smith & Wesson, Smith & Wesson, Rug-" Crap!

I can't afford to be a Ford AND Chevy man

My home brew 32 mag

I picked up the grip frame from Midway quite awhile back. Not sure if they have any available now or not. I had to take down the sides quite a bit to match up with the single six frame. If it would have went on a full size frame I don't think there would have been any fitting. My guess there would probably be a little fitting on a medium size frame.
