I have to admit to being old, and non-technical, (I don't even have a smart-phone) so pls correct me if I'm wrong in my primary premise. Just for fun (really), I called one of the major home burglar-alarm companies to ask: Given that the systems you sell are NOT hard-wired, but rather operate "wireless", can you tell me if a burglar could simply jam the system with a common jamming device and thus, get in undetected...??
The young lady told me (wait for it): "Sir, those jamming devices are illegal".
I just had to thank her and hang up; what can you say to that level of intelligence.
BTW.... I'm still assuming that the common home system that everyone seems to be jumping on can easily be jammed.... am I wrong there?
