I had a Oxo/Good Grips countertop compost bucket for twelve years or so. I'd fill it with food scraps and a couple times a week, I'd tote it outside and chuck the contents over my hill. Well, the handle broke. So I reached out to Oxo and asked, "Do your products have a warranty? The handle on my compost bucket broke." I received an email, "Send me a pic." A week later I had a new compost bucket.

I think that I commented on my Zwilling knives and their broken handles. I reached out to the company to say, "Your warranty page is just too confusing." I got a response, "Send us pics." Sadly, they no longer repair knives but sent me a return label for my knives. A week later I had two new knives. Unfortunately, my line is no longer being made so they sent me the closest thing. Just enough different to be noticeable but I'll get used to them.

wife wont use anything but an oxo can opener.
they are so good one of our home aids caring for my mom in ct 2 years ago stole the one we gave mom.

cruisinart is another amazing co. they sent us free parts 5 years after buying it when something broke on the food processor.

Kuiu, 10yr old kid wore out the zipper and carried too many sticks in a pocket of his jacket. Sent a new updated model and a return tag.

I’ve had good luck with Oxo products. I never needed any warranty work so that’s a good thing. I like the can opener. It’s different than any other but it’s comfortable and easy to use.
