Army ammo for Mark 1

I bought this from an older gentleman who said it was army target ammo. I could not get a reply from Winchester on it so thought you guys might know.
Thought if might go nice with my U.S. mark 1

yes, but it is a much newer (later) packaging than the early ,mid 50's......may have even been brown, tan boxes, seen them both ways......I recall the gun club getting a lot of it through the DCM....................
some marked "Match" and others 'standard velocity'.........

Saw plenty of that ammo (same packaging) through the late 1990’s when I was still in the Army. We used it for practice exercises shooting High Standard Model H-D Semi-auto pistols.

I can’t recall if it had “Match Grade-For Pistol” printed on the box though.

Had the same stuff in the late 60s in an OD box.

Shot a ton of it in the 80s. Never had a problem.
